Volunteer Registration
Thank you for volunteering your time this season!
Foothills Hockey Association is committed to bringing a rewarding hockey experience to each and every youth hockey player in the association and we rely on our volunteers to help bring our mission to life.
All volunteers are required to complete this registration form by providing their credentials and acknowledgement of association and SafeSport codes of conduct.

2023-24
VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS
Prior to starting this registration, all volunteers must have a USA Hockey registration number for the current season. There is no charge for a Volunteer/Manager registration. However, this registration does NOT allow for any on-ice activities. If you plan to be a coach, player, or official, please register with USA Hockey accordingly.
Coaches and Volunteers may NOT have any contact with athletes or handle any association funds until both the background screen and SafeSport training are complete and you are cleared by USA Hockey.
Background Screen:
All volunteers must have the USA Hockey-mandated national background screening through NCSI on an annual basis. There is a $30 charge for this service and it takes approximately 10 business days to complete.
SafeSport:
All Volunteers MUST complete USA Hockey SafeSport Training (Core Training or Refresher Course) on an annual basis regardless of when the training was last completed.
