Player Transfer Request

FHA will grant a Financial Release Letter to a member who wishes to transfer their player to another association/team if all financial obligations have been met and all Association-owned equipment and uniforms are returned. 

The FHA Registrar will issue the Financial Release Letter directly to the the receiving association.  

A Financial Release Letter does not indicate that a League Transfer has been approved.

All player transfers are subject to CCHYL league transfer rules and will be reviewed by the FHA Hockey Director and the receiving association prior to being approved.  

A Financial Release Letter does not guarantee your acceptance on a CCYHL team with the receiving association. 

CCYHL league transfer rules do not apply to placement on recreational teams or out-of-state relocations.
