TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

Due to current conditions, all divisions are limited and will be by invitation only.   If you would like your team be considered for entry, please email the tournament director with your Name, Association/Club, & Division.

Roster Requirements

All teams in the Youth division must upload an APPROVED USA Hockey roster during the registration process.  

All Adult teams must upload a completed Adult Roster form during the registration process. 

Note for Adult participants:  All individual participants in the Adult division MUST have a valid USA Hockey membership for the 2020-21 season and the team contact must provide proof of registration for all participants at tournament check-in.

10U Leveling

Please note that the 10U Squirt levels of play in Colorado are AA, A, and B.  Most out-of-state teams will 'play up' a division for this tournament.  (Non-Colorado Squirt C teams would be at the appropriate level for Colorado Squirt B.)  If you have questions, please contact the tournament director.

DEALING WITH THE UNCERTAINTY OF COVID-19

The number one priority of Foothills Hockey Association is to ensure the health and safety of all tournament athletes.  This tournament will only be possible if all participants follow the protocols and procedures established by the host facility and by Foothills Hockey Association.  

Each team will be provided with updated protocols prior to the start of the tournament.  It is the responsibility of each team manager and coach to communicate and ensure adherence to these protocols for their teams.

Proper social distancing must be maintained at all times. 

Protocols are subject to change at any time and may include but are not limited to: reduction in the number of participants, wearing face coverings (on and off the ice), availability of dressing rooms, limited or no spectators, etc.

Any participant that violates protocol will be expelled from the facility and removed from the tournament without a refund.
 

REFUND POLICY

Should the tournament be postponed and/or rescheduled due to COVID-19 or any other issue, paid entry fee will be applied to the rescheduled or future event.  In the event of cancellation of the tournament due to COVID-19 or other related issue (e.g. local, state or federal mandate), a full refund of paid entry fee will be given.
